Stretch Your Dollar, Dont Dump Out Your Old Coffee
Do you brew a whole pot each morning, drink half, then dump the rest down the drain? I have a quick tip to put that old coffee to good use.
I still brew a new pot of coffee everyday, but now I stretch my dollar by saving some of the coffee that would otherwise be dumped down the drain. When the coffee has cooled off, pour the coffee into a mason jar and stick it in the refrigerator. Then when your looking for a nice cool drink to quench your thirst during the middle of the day, you can make an iced coffee drink. To make your iced coffee drink:
Put ice in a glass,
Fill the glass about 3/4 full with your left over coffee,
There you have it a delicious cold coffee drink that saves gets you more bang for your buck.
